Women's Flare Pants

A high-waisted flare with a crossover V waistband — 10 cm at the front, rising to 12.5 cm at the back, so it sits where it's put and stays there through a squat. A soft ruffle runs along the waistband seam.

Compressive and smooth from waist to knee, then it opens out. There's a side pocket that takes a phone, and a slit at each hem.
